Volare Bicycles – part of Kubbinga BV since 1948
What started in 1948 as a distributor in the toy sector has grown into the market leader in producing children's bicycles within Europe. Today we are active in no less than 34 countries (2025) – from toy stores and webshops to bike specialty shops, with more than 1000 dealers. Wherever you look, there is a good chance you will come across Volare near you!
For every country and every child
We don't just design our collections randomly. We look at each country and sector to see which models best meet the market's wishes, resulting in more than 400 different bicycle models in our collection. We always design with and for our end users: children and their parents. This creates bikes with smart specifications, such as a low step-through for longer cycling pleasure, and cheerful designs and colors that children truly enjoy.
Everything developed in-house
At Volare everything happens under one roof: from the first sketch design to the development of the molds for the parts. This makes our bicycles not only unique but also guaranteed to be of high quality.
Strong in licenses and own brand
Besides our own brand Volare, we are also the largest provider of licensed bicycles in Europe. We collaborate with almost all popular licenses: from Paw Patrol, Barbie, and Disney to Hello Kitty and Bluey – and many more. This way, children always find their favorite bike.
Complete assortment
To complete the collection, we offer not only bicycles but also matching helmets and accessories such as bells, horns, and bike locks. Additionally, you will find a wide range of outdoor toys with us: from licensed balance bikes and tricycles to balls, pedal cars, and cool scooters from the brand Boldcube, for which we are the distributor.
